Poem?? Poet??

1) Love is a weird sense. If you feel happy you'll like fly to the sky. If you feel sad, and your mood will become heavy like mountain.

2) Ice Cream melting is just behaving like any other bit of frozen, just like love, suddenly exposed to warm air.

3) Once you use more credit card, you'll gain more effort.
Once you have more love, you'll get more trouble.

4) Love is same with time, if the time was gone it will never chase it back. If the love is gone, you'll never get it again.

5) You will fall in love with your car during the first look, just like you to your lover and with yous first look.

6) It does not have any race gap in love.. Just like duck and a cat, they will share everything between each other.

7) Men's like to have a lot of bad attitude. It's many as the quantum of rubbish..

Analogy , Metaphor and Similes

Analogy
Analogy is both the cognitive process of transferring information from a particular subject (the analogue or source) to another particular subject (the target), and a linguistic expression corresponding to such a process. In a narrower sense, analogy is an inference or an argument from one particular to another particular, as opposed to deduction, induction and abduction, where at least one of the premises or the conclusion is general. The word analogy can also refer to the relation between the source and the target themselves, which is often, though not necessarily, a similarity, as in the biological nation of analogy.

Metaphor
Metaphor is a rhetorical trope that describes a first subject as being or equal to a second object in some way. Thus, the first subject can be economically described because implicit and explicit attributes from the second subject are used to enhance the description of the first. This device is known for usage in literature, especially in poetry, where with few words, emotions and associations from one context are associated with objects and entities in a different context. In a simpler definition, it is comparing two things without using the words "like" or "as."

Similes
A simile is a technique that uses words such as "like" or "as" to compare two ideas. Even though similes and metaphors are both forms of comparison, similes allow the two ideas to remain distinct in spite of their similarities, whereas metaphors seek to equate two ideas despite their differences. For instance, a simile that compares a person with a bullet would go as follows: "John was a record-setting runner and as fast as a speeding bullet." A metaphor might read something like, "John was a record-setting runner. That speeding bullet could zip past you without you even knowing he was there."

Topic: Juxtaposition

It’s refers to the stimulation of creativity in problem solving, design or other creative pursuit by confronting two unrelated concepts or objects, usually the goal or problem to be solved on the one hand and a randomly selected object or concept on the other. Similar with an oxymoron.
And the game was started with few vocabularies:
1. Flower 0. Head
2. Lighting 9. Rain
3. Ice 8. Wood
4. Light 7. Tree
5. Fire 6. Spider
6. Duck 5. Root
7. Dog 4. Mountain
8. Oil 3. Wind
9. Leave 2. Rock
10. Fly 1. Water

Step 1: Choose 3 pairs of number from (00 until 99).
22, 33, 44 this is the three pair’s number I choose.
22- Lighting Rock
33- Ice Wind
44- Light Mountain

Step 2: Make a sentence with those pairs of number.
Lighting Rock- Rock can be lighting.
Ice Wind- Wind blow, ice fall.
Light Mountain- Mountain can be light for human use

Step 3: Draw the sentence
Lighting Rock

Ice Wind

Light Mountain

Step 4: Draw a picture that will make people think about “the words”

The story I reading: Dear John

Dear John is a 2006 novel written by American author Nicholas Sparks, explores the common romance theme of love after loss. Sparks has written both The Notebook and A Walk to Remember, which have been made to into films.

Dear John is a three part book that starts out with 23 year-old John Tyree, an army officer. It is set in Wilmington, NC and Lenior, NC from 2000 to 2006.

Summary:

The Prologue starts of with the ultimate question, "What does it mean to truly love another?" John Tyree watches as he relives every memory, emotion, and touch while falling in love with Savannah Lynn Curtis.

In Part I, John as a little kid struggled with finding the balance between himself and his father. While on leave from the Army, he meets Savannah. She goes to UNC Chapel Hill in North Carolina and is in Wilmington, NC to work for Habitat for Humanity. They become quick friends after John dives into deep ocean water in order to retrieve her fallen purse. At a bonfire, with wild college students, John meets Savannah's friend Tim Wheddon. John quickly learns of how inviting and mature Savannah and Tim really are. After the initial meet, John and Savannah meet again at the beach where he teaches her to surf. They then quickly become more than just friends. At the end of John's leave, Savannah meets him at the pier. She tells him that she thinks John's distant father has Asperger's Syndrome, a developmental disorder, which would explain why John's dad is distant, has the same exact schedule and conversation everyday, and is only interested in his gigantic coin collection. After having this conversation, John gets angry and accidentally hits Tim in the nose, breaking it. Savannah and Tim forgive John for what he did. Before he departs, he promises Savannah he'll marry her when he completes his deployment.

In Part II, John comes home on leave again and he and Savannah spend a very close night together while at one of the empty project houses for Habit for Humanity. Savannah writes him a letter, beginning with Dear John that promises her love to him. John is very excited to come home to Savannah; however, due to 9/11, John feels the duty to reenlist in the Army. After years away from each other, Savannah writes John another letter. It starts with Dear John and ends with good-bye.

In Part III, John's father dies after suffering from several heart attacks. He sees Savannah one day and finds out that she married Tim and has been living with Tim and his brother Alan, who has Autism. Tim, while in his death bed, asks John to make Savannah happy and marry her when he passes away. John, making the decision of his life, sells his father's coin collection in order for Tim to find treatment for his Melanoma. John decides to do this after realizing that if a man is selfless enough to let the love of his life go to another man, than his life is worth living. Tim was on his death bed but still cared for Savannah's safety and happiness. The treatment for Tim works and he is released from the hospital. John does not regret ever loving Savannah.

The Epilogue ends while John is watching Savannah. He sees her staring at the full moon, proving her unending love for John.

Comment:

I love Nicholas Sparks books and movies. However I defiantly feel that you need to like that type of genre of writing because if not then you are not going to start liking it just because of his books. But I am a big fan of his, the more movies the better. And I share this book “Dear John” with you guys to hope that you guys love this books too..

Second lecture: Mind Mapping

This week lecture is teaching about mind mapping. At the beginning of the class, lecturer has explained what the meaning of mind mapping is. He tests us who was using right brain, and who is using left brain. The people who using left brain is expert in mathematics, logical thinking and sensitive on numeric. Right brain users are most sensitive on coloring, creative and like to dream. And I was a right brain user.

This is a kind of mind mapping which draw by computer

This is another kind of mind mapping which is “handmade”

Mind Mapping and Me

A mind map is a diagram used to represent words, ideas, tasks, or other items linked to and arranged radials around a central key word or idea. Mind maps are used to generate, visualize, structure, and classify ideas, and as an aid in study, organization, problem solving, decision making, and writing.
I remember the first semester for my degree is to take a subject called "critical thinking". During the class, i have study the mind map too. Unfortunately i had fail this subject. Because of i have no talent in creativity? Or i had not study hard enough? But luckily, I have pass my "critical thinking" by the supplementary paper. In a nutshell, i realize that is me not enough hard in my study..Another thing is, I still have the hope for the talent of creativity! Haha..

Find an object to represent your friend?

Today lecture is teaching about association of ideas. What will you think about when u sees your friend? You can describe your friend by an object. And I will think about machine when I meet up my friend.
Reason:
Because of she’s always thinking about programming, so I think about machine.
Because of she’s like to think logically, so I think about machine.
Because of she’s like to research information about machine, so I think about machine.
Because of she’s interest on every type of machine, so I think about machine.
Conclusion:
She was a kind of weird people I think, because only guy will like machine but not girl. But she likes to go through on machinery stuff. Because she said “ I like everything run logically” even human..

P/S: Because of i don't know how to draw machine, so i find a picture replace my drawing

Madagascar 2: Escape to Africa

Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa is the 2008 sequel to the 2005 film, Madagascar. It was produced by DreamWorks Animation and was released on November 7, 2008. The film was distributed by Paramount Pictures. It has been confirmed that the film is about the animals starting the plane on Madagascar, and then landing in Africa, and meeting some of Alex's family. The film stars the voices of Ben Stiller, Chris Rock, Jada Pinkett Smith, David Schwimmer, Sacha Baron Cohen, Cedric the Entertainer and Andy Richter. Also guest voicing includes Alec Baldwin, will.i.am, Bernie Mac, Sherri Shepherd. The previous title was "Madagascar: The Crate Escape", which was featured on a trailer with Ben Stiller.

Story:
The film opens in the past, where Zuba (Bernie Mac), the leader of a lion pride, teaches his infant son, Alakay (Alex) how to protect himself. Alakay is trapped by poachers, and Zuba chases the hunters, but loses track of his son. Alakay's crate falls into a river which carries it to the sea. His crate drifts to New York City where he is put on display in the Central Park Zoo.
The movie cuts to the present, picking up where Madagascar left off. Alex, Marty, Melman, and Gloria are boarding an airplane that will be catapulted with a gigantic slingshot. King Julien and Maurice go with them. Midway through the trip, the penguins discover they are out of fuel, but manage a gentle crash landing in an African wildlife reserve. They all disperse and meet their species, while the penguins, Mason, and Phil stay at the crash site and repair the plane.
Alex reunites with his father Zuba, and mother Florrie (Sherri Shepherd). Zuba's rival Makunga (Alec Baldwin) intends to use Alex so he can steal the throne for himself. Alex is tricked by Makunga into choosing an exceedingly large and muscular lion as an opponent in his right-of-passage trial for membership in the pride. Alex mistakes the test for a dance-off, and is easily defeated. Makunga assumes the throne when Zuba, despite his disappointment with Alex, refuses to banish his son, and is himself banished along with Florrie.
Meanwhile, Marty joins a herd of zebras, but discovers that each of the zebras is exactly like him, which makes him question how unique he is. Gloria gossips with other female hippos, and meets Moto Moto (Will.i.am) as a potential mate. Melman becomes a giraffe herd's new witch doctor and helps animals with diseases and wounds. His new friends convince him he has "Witch Doctor's Disease" and has only two more days to live. Julian develops a following, particularly from the flamingos.
Alex and Melman talk over their problems with a zebra they think is Marty. Marty arrives and takes offense that Alex cannot tell him from one of his "clones". Gloria tries to warm up to Moto Moto in a secluded pool, but realizes that he is only attracted to her "plumpness". Melman makes the best of his last hours by facing Moto Moto and telling him to take care of Gloria for all the great qualities he himself sees in her, which moves Gloria.
When the waterhole dries up, all the animals panic. Alex sets out to find the location where the water is clogged, and makes up with Marty, who goes with him. They trace it to a dam that New York vacationers had built to support themselves off the reserve after getting lost in the jungle, led by Nana the Old Lady. Alex is caught by the humans, telling Marty to go back to the reserve and get help.
Meanwhile, Julien proposes the animals make a sacrifice to a volcano to bring the water back, and Melman volunteers. As he prepares to jump into the volcano, the giraffes discover that their previous witch doctor was only missing (now he returned), and that Melman will not die. Just as Melman is about to jump, Gloria runs up to him and asks him if he meant what he said about her, which he confirms without hesitation, making Gloria realize that her perfect man does not have to be of her species. Marty then arrives, and reports that Alex has been captured by the humans. Gloria, Melman and Marty head off the reserve with the Penguins using the repaired airplane.

Meanwhile, the humans prepare to barbecue Alex, but Zuba (who learned of what Alex was doing from Makunga, who wanted to get rid of them both) rushes in in the nick of time. Alex "intimidates" the humans by performing as he had done in the zoo, and the humans recognize him as the same one from the zoo. Zuba realizes the importance of Alex's gift and joins in with him. While Alex's dancing changes the minds of everyone else, Nana still intends to cook the lions. Fortunately, they are saved when the other animals arrive, dropping a life bucket down connected to a chain of monkeys. Due to a mistranslation through the monkey chain, the penguins think Alex wants them to slam the bucket into the dam, destroying it. Ramming at full speed, the penguins smash apart the dam just as Nana fires her gun. With the dam destroyed, the water is brought back to the waterhole. Simultaneously, Mort arrives at the volcano, pursued by a shark. The shark inadvertently sacrifices himself, falling into the volcano just as the now undammed river restores the water hole. Julien is impressed at how fast the gods respond.
Makunga is removed from the throne, being chased away by Nana after Alex tricks him into taking her handbag. Zuba offers to give Alex the throne, which he shares with his father. The next scene shows Zuba performing a wedding ceremony. At first, it appears as if it is for Melman and Gloria, but it is revealed to be for Skipper and a bobblehead doll found on the plane. All four friends decide to stay in Africa with Alex's family, as do Julian and Maurice, while the penguins take off in the plane for Skipper's honeymoon (with the gold and jewels the animals found while digging for water). The lions and their friends dance off back to the reserve.

My Comment: It is not nice for the Madagascar 1, but i have a surprise in Madagascar 2. I remember that when i watched Madagascar 1 with my friends, and they sleep inside the cinema. Oh well, you should know how terrible for the Madagascar 1. But I'm fair people, I give the chance again for the Madagascar 2, thank god it dint's disappointed me. Not bad movie in the conclusion, Marty and Gloria very Cute, same with the Moto-Moto~ It's a hard depression for the characters.

Definition for Creative Studies

I had been doing some research through internet about creative study. And above is a creative study society from others country. The purpose for this society created is “to meet other creative people”. Below is the information of creative study circles:

Come form an experimental, hands-on, creative art project group. Our goal, in this collaborative project group, is to create a body of artwork that explores the theme of Inspiration. We are organizing and creating an exhibition of our work, as well as publishing it in a book and on this website. We experiment with all forms of the arts including, but not limited to, brainstorming, drawing, writing, poetry, clay, cartooning, multimedia, video, acting improve, discussions, interviews, field trips, as well as web and computer technology, etc., to thematically explore the nature of Inspiration.

Goals
• Meet Other Creative People
Spark our creativity and have fun creating, collaborating and sharing in a creative arts group.
• In-depth exploration of Inspiration
By exploring our inspiration from many angles, ideally, we will find ways to tap into it more readily. We can share our insights into the nature of Inspiration with each other and an audience.
• Create an Art Exhibition
The group is organizing an art exhibition on the theme of inspiration.
• Create a Curriculum
We work at developing a creative process and curriculum that can be applied to exploring any human spirit/value using a wide variety of art forms and techniques. Some other future themes to explore could be; imagination, creativity, sorrow, grief, joy, fear, justice, peace, etc.
• Get published
Edwin and Joan are working on an art book on the theme of Inspiration. Activities and artwork from the group may be used in the book. We may also create a video on the theme.

Format
• Cost
The only cost is for the meeting space and to cover any materials we use. i.e., art supplies, paper, etc. This is about $5 per meeting. No fee is charged for leading or facilitating the group. Thanks to the kindness of the people of Durant Center, we pay a very reasonable $25 for the meeting space for 3 hours.
• Experiment and Create
We do creative art activities at each meeting that explore and express the nature of "Inspiration". We experiment with and create different art activities.
• Group members facilitate meetings
Everyone in the group has the opportunity to create and lead an art activity. Do you have an art form/activity you would like to share with the group, or is there an art form you always wanted to try? Here's a chance to share it.

Who Should Attend?
• Everyone is welcome.
We especially encourage Artists and Educators to become involved. No previous art experience is required.

Other Details
• Bring and Show your Creative Work
Feel free to bring any of your creative work to share with the group. We have a time where anyone can show creative projects they are working on.
• Call For Submissions
Can't make it to the meetings? You can still submit your artwork, stories, poetry for inclusion in our Inspiration Exhibition.
• Art Release Form
Parts of the meetings will be video/audio taped, so the signing of an art release form is required to participate. This also gives permission for us to use works created in the group on the website, newsletter, art exhibit, and other mediums with appropriate credit/byline given to the creator.

My Comment: I had thinking why we don't have such society in Malaysia, so that we can illumine more and more creative people. In Malaysia, we lack on the creative genius (I think). In the movement of the society, everyone is thinking send their child into a better school to get a excellence result. And this will make many parent ignore the talent of their children. I hope all the parents can give a chance for their child to learn the interest stuff but not just the STUDY!!!
